Information We Collect
When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. This may include an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device headers, and service or error information. Cloudflare Workers observability is enabled for operational diagnostics.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and details you choose to include through the receiving email service. Provide only information needed for the inquiry. We do not ask for game passwords, payment details or account access.
The site has no user accounts, comments, contact-submission API or visitor-activity database. Its public redemption-code endpoint reads published code information; copying a code does not write a personal record to the database. Calculator inputs stay in the page and are not sent to an account or analytics service by MHO Hub.
Analytics
MHO Hub does not currently load Google Analytics 4 or a separate analytics tracking script. Copy buttons emit a local browser event for their interaction result; this event is not sent to Google Analytics or written to D1.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The MHO Hub application does not currently set visitor-tracking or advertising cookies. The progression checklist stores selected task IDs in browser local storage so it survives a reload. It contains no game account information and is not sent to the site by the checklist.
Reset the checklist on its page or remove stored data through your browser’s site-data controls. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies when delivering or protecting the site; its handling is described in the policy linked below.
Manual team notes also store selected character IDs, Buddy IDs and reference aura choices locally. Shareable page URLs include those selections when you choose to share them. No game account is connected. Clear saved notes using the comparison page or browser site-data controls.
Advertising and Google AdSense
Google AdSense is not currently enabled, and MHO Hub does not load Google advertising code. If Google ads are enabled in the future, Google and participating ad providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this and other websites.
Before enabling ads, we will update this policy to identify the actual providers and data practices and configure applicable consent and privacy controls. This statement does not mean Google ads or a consent platform are active today. See Google’s AdSense required privacy content.
Third-party Services
- Cloudflare: hosting, network delivery, security and Workers diagnostics. D1 stores published redemption-code records. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Email: messages are processed by the services used by the sender and the site’s receiving mailbox. Contact is by ordinary email, not a website form.
- External links: linked websites have their own privacy practices and may receive ordinary connection and referral information from your browser.
Google Analytics and Google AdSense are not active integrations on MHO Hub at this time.
Your Privacy Choices
You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser, clear the checklist, and choose what to send by email. Blocking local storage prevents checklist persistence but does not require an account or stop access to guides.
Google My Ad Center provides controls for Google personalised-ad preferences. It is an external Google setting, not a Cookie Settings function on this site. For requests concerning information you sent to MHO Hub, email hello@mhohub.com. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and raise a concern with a relevant authority.
Data Sharing
Technical data is processed by Cloudflare to operate the site, and correspondence is processed through email services to handle your message. MHO Hub does not sell personal information or send calculator inputs, checklist selections or code-copy events to advertising networks. Information may need to be disclosed to respond to a valid legal requirement or protect the site against abuse. A correction may inform a public content update; private contact details are not needed in that update.
Data Retention
Operational log retention follows the applicable Cloudflare service and account settings; this policy does not promise a fixed log-retention period. Checklist selections remain in your browser until reset, site-data clearing or removal by the browser. Emails are retained as needed to handle the inquiry, preserve a relevant correction record or meet applicable obligations. You can ask about or request deletion of correspondence at the contact address below.
