The reported redemption route
Launch coverage from GameMarket.gg and Mobi.gg places code redemption in the game’s Events or Event Center area. The linked reports describe an Adventurer Rank 5 requirement. Menu wording may vary; MHO Hub has not tested it on a specific game build or region.
This is a text diagram of a media-reported route, not an in-game screenshot.
Enter a reported code
- Check whether your Adventurer has reached Rank 5, as described in the media guides.
- Look for Events / Event Center in the main screen’s menu.
- Look for CDKey Redemption. Some coverage calls it a code entry option rather than using this exact label.
- Enter one code from the code reports page exactly as listed. Avoid adding spaces when pasting.
- Confirm the entry. If the game accepts it, check the in-game mailbox for delivery.
If the entry screen is different or absent, consult the current in-game notices or official support. Do not enter your account credentials into an unrelated redemption website.
If the code is rejected
Treat the game’s actual error message as the starting point. A report cannot establish which condition applies to your account.
| What to check | What to do next |
|---|---|
| Extra spaces or changed characters | Re-copy the original code, keeping its spelling and case. |
| Already claimed | Check the mailbox and redemption history if the game provides one. |
| Expiry | Consult the original announcement; an unknown date is not a promise of validity. |
| Region, server, or version | Compare the source notice with the version you are playing. Do not assume a code is global. |
| Missing menu | Check your rank and current game notices rather than trying unrelated settings. |
If the reward has not arrived
First distinguish an accepted redemption from a rejected entry. If the game confirmed acceptance, review your mailbox and any delivery instructions shown on screen. Record the message, time, server, and game version if you need to contact support. This guide does not establish a delivery waiting time.
What our verification labels mean
Reported means a record is not marked as currently confirmed. Source checked records the source review date. Neither establishes present-day availability.
Check the live status, region, and manual verification date on the codes page. If live records cannot load, that page clearly labels the saved report snapshot. We do not infer an expiry date, universal region coverage, or a successful claim from a copied media list.
