Report Incorrect Information
Send the full page URL, the claim you believe is incorrect, your game region or server, and the date and version if relevant. For a code report, include the code, region, date tried and exact result. A report is reviewed as evidence, not automatically treated as a verified status change.
Suggest a Correction
Include the proposed correction and a supporting source, preferably an official announcement, clear in-game text or a screenshot with relevant context. State whether you observed it yourself or are forwarding another source. Remove account identifiers and unrelated personal details before sending images. Corrections are reviewed for evidence and applicability; publication and response times are not guaranteed.
Report Broken Links
Include the MHO Hub page containing the link, the link text or destination, and what happened when you opened it. For display problems, add the browser and screen size.

Contact hello@mhohub.com with the affected URL, the material in question, your relationship to the rights holder and a way to reply. Explain the requested correction or removal and provide enough information to identify the original work.
