Diablos — MHO Monster Research
Read available Diablos research in Monster Hunter Outlanders (MHO), including sourced ecology notes and separately labelled material candidates.
Ecology & hunting notes
Ecology
Apex monsters of desert regions with intense territorial instincts and tyrannical aggression. They drag any prey that makes loud noises on the surface of their territory underground
Hunting notes
Once they burrow, they become difficult to deal with, so luring them out with loud noises is an effective tactic. Their horn charge attacks carry astonishing destructive force, but if baited into ramming a sand pillar, that same force can be turned against them to create an opening.
